Samsung Galaxy Book 2, i5, 8GB, RAM Usage 95 %

Hello, I have Samsung Galaxy Book 2, i5, 8GB and in few months time the performance have dropped significantly as sometimes the disk and RAM usage is very high, but most of the time the RAM usage is very high. It varies between 92 % and 98 %. Even if just idling. I use the computer to work Word, PDF, Excel and Outlook. No heavy programs.I have disabled some programs in start up but I dont know any others to disable and even if I there is something most likely the usage is still too much. I have updated and run virus scan (long one).Computer lags because of the RAM usage System info:Windows 11
