Saitek Pro Flight Yoke - Calibration NOT found in Windows 11's 'Tool'

I'm running MSFS 2020 on a Katana 15 with 64G of RAM. No issues with speed or graphics. I'm a beginner at simming. I am trying to calibrate my (used) Saitek Pro Flight yoke and there is no option to calibrate it through Windows 11. I have seen some posts leading people to 'the official solution,' and that 'solution' involves adjusting Steam settings re in order to avoid conflict with the Saitek yoke. I don't have Steam on my laptop. I therefore have no 'controller' conflicts which would create this problem, and this solution doesn't help me. I had no idea Windows had been dumbed down s
