SaiH0BAC.sys stopping Windows Defender Memory Integrity.

Hi all, I've noticed that memory integrity has been turned off on my Windows 11 PC due to an issue with an incompatible driver - SaiH0BAC.sysI searched the forums and noticed that I have to remove the driver through command prompt or powershell following a certain code, but I've tried that method and it doesn't seem to work. I have also tried manually removing it using device manager and through add or remove programs. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
