My eject option always just disappears after I choose to safely remove hardware on my computer. It shows in My PC that the harddrive is gone, but i never get the "safe to remove" window pop up anymore.I went to try running gpedit.msc as suggestive in a locked/archived forum on here, but my version of Windows 10 does not have it and downloading it from Microsoft and running it says my version of windows 10 is not compatible. I have already fried one external harddrive from not having this pop up and don't want to lose another $100 external harddive.What solutions are out there to fix this? I ca
