A friends computer was extremely sluggish after an antivirus update.The friend used to access the computer only using a PIN and did not know their passwordI tried to boot the computer in safe mode to try and understand the issue. After booting in safe mode computer said I could no longer use the PINWe are now completely locked out of the computerWindows password recovery is not getting approved due to insufficient informationNow my friend is worried he will lose all his data (which was not backed up in a while)Pls help
