Office made me do an update the other day, and since then none of the junk mail filters are working. I even updated the worst effected account to "Safe Lists Only" and generated a new list of Safe Senders, but I am getting spam coming to this email address. Tried the "Support Tool", but it didn't do anything. Windows did an update this morning...but again, that didn't do anything to fix the problem. Please help!
