Rust and task manager crashing my pc.

So basically, recently my rust out of the blue began crashing. This would happen during startup and later on during the "opening scene" part of joining a rust server. When it was crashed I couldn't end the process in any normal way. And it also made me unable to launch any new applications (in any form of rust crashing that I will mention this happens), basically I could try to interact with stuff but it'll just be stuck on loading. I was like "Okay task manager it is" but when I right click the taskbar then click task manager, my pc freezes, it's stuck forcing me to hold down my power button
