RuntimeBroker.exe Controlled Folder Access Alarm

I'm on windows 11. I turned on controlled folder access on windows defender. And it keeps says that windows defender has been denied access. I wonder why these is keep happening to me and what does RuntimeBroker.exe does? It is keep alarming me. And here's what did RuntimeBroker.exe access was denied and the time.
