Runtime Error

[Windows 10]

I just reinstalled windows 10 today, and I downloaded the Epic Games application, when I installed everything went well, but when the application was opened it said “This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information” and I have tried all the methods described on the internet.
