Runtime Broker/SystemSettings errors, cannot run SystemSettings (Windows 11)

After I ran Windows update today, I encounter this error message. (The notice is in Japanese, so it may not be exactly how the error message appears in English.)SystemSettings.exe [RuntimeBroker.exe] application error;0x00007ffd32f0c003 command 0x0000000000000010 memory referenced. Cannot read the memory; please click OK to close(always exactly the same memory location and command for both)The RuntimeBroker error complicates the login.
