Running Windows 11 23H2 - not offered 24H2 yet

Hi All,Not been offered 24H2 yet but have had no block message either. Is "normal" phased roll out continuing ? Can it be withheld without message as I have checked all block issues and none apply to my set up. ThanksJohn
