rundll32.dmp ınstallation failed. error

Hi,I get an error while starting my pc. I should say that my pc is a virtual system on Mac Mini (Parallels Desktop). Maybe It can be an important. But I've used that for 2 months. and there hadn't been any error until yesterday. I installed 3Ds Max software yesterday.No Error Code and any info about it on the pop-up window. Just writes "Error: Installation failed.". While I researching on Task Manager, I found a title of the error "windows host process (Rundll32)". and I found a file path "C:\Users\burakakgun\AppData\Local\Temp\rundll32.DMP".I tried some solutions but they're not working.Thank
