Run rule on emails sent to me and no one else at domain

The vast majority of emails I get from outside the company need to include the other members of my team.

I know how to create a rule for emails sent only to me, but I need help to create a rule to reply to emails which are sent to me and do not include my other team members. (Sent to me but also to others outside my company)
