Run DLL Error Window Pops Up Every Few Minutes, Cant Figure Out Why, HELP!

I have been trying to get this obnoxious pop up to go away for MONTHS. I cant find anything online that tells me specifically how to fix it and I am sick of coming back to the computer and having to close out literally hundreds of these. PLEASE HELP! TYIA
