Hi,
We have a domain and in this, we are distributing RSS Feeds via GPO. (Administrative Templates(Users)/Microsoft Outlook 2016/Account Settings/RSS Feed). The first we noticed, these entries are shown in the SharePoint lists too. But that's not the problem. Our clients receive these feeds outside of the RSS Feed folder in Outlook. The feeds generating its own folders in the root (treeview same layer as the inbox) named like the value in the GP. So far that would not be a problem. But the folders replicating now up to 99 times at some users. We have no idea why this behavior occurs or what this triggers.
At the moment the user deleting them manually. But they come up again and again.
I have some questions about this issue:
How the folders outside of the RSS Feed folder are created?
Why do these folders replicate autonomously?
And the most important question: How we can prevent this?
I´ve spent a lot of time to look for this problem. I´ve found some threads in other forums, but nothing could help to solve this issue.
We are using Exchange 2013 and Office 2016.
Thanks a lot for your support.
Chris
