Root and Sub CA enrolling failed (RPC Unavailable)

We have Root and Issuing CA up and running.

When i try to enroll any certificate am getting the attached error stating that RPC unavailable.

Servers are reachable.

How to fix this issue tried all google methods but still no luck.
