Rongta Thermal Receipt Printer Driver Installation Error

I have a Windows 7 Professional 64-bit operational system. I downloaded the driver for Rongta Thermal Receipt Printer RP820 but when I try to run installation program it give me the "The system cannot find the path specified" error. How can I fix this?
