Rolled back from win 11 to 10 - The package runtime information is corrupted'. I did a scan in CMD prompt and it found no issues?

I rolled back from Windows 11 to 10 and now as a result on multiple files when i double click them it says 'The package runtime information is corrupted'. I did a scan in CMD prompt and it found no issues?
