ROG Strix changing refresh rate

My laptop has been stuck on 60hertz when its been bought and advertised as capable of 360hz. There is no option to change the settings in the 'Advanced Display' tab and ArmouryCrate doesn't have any option to change this either. I have no idea how to access the nvidea settings or panel. What can I do to access the 360hz I paid for? Looking to improve my gaming experience. Laptop specs below: ROG Strix G713RW_G713RWAMD Ryzen 7 6800H with Radeon Graphics / 3.20 GHz RAM: 32.0 GB (31.3 GB usable) System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
