Roblox problem

Hello, I have a problem that maybe you can help me fix, because Roblox Support couldn't. So whenever I try to enter a Roblox experience the window just turns white for no reason and the app doesn't respond (It responded when i opened it the first few times) and Roblox Studio and the Microsoft app of Roblox work perfectly fine, but I prefer the browser version, It's better in my opinion. When I tried to join for the first time, it said an error about my memory, I don't have a screenshot about that though, but I do have one with how the problem looks like.
