Roblox makes frames freeze/delay (Windows 11)

When I was playing Roblox, My computer started delaying frames and freezing them. It looked like about 4 seconds per frame, and I had to close Roblox to stop the lagging. When i opened the Shift + F5 menu on roblox It said I was getting 144 frames per second (the cap I had Roblox using) yet all actions were delayed. My cursor was moving freely. My character could still move, but the frames were choppy and delayed.
