Roblox games arent loading.

Since i got my new pc with windows 11 my roblox isnt loading games it gets stuck on the roblox "Connecting to Server" screen or on the games loading screen. i have tried reinstalling roblox ,making a new roblox account,using my alt account, making a new user account on my pc,using the desktop app.1 month after my birthday it did work but the next day it didnt work anymore i tried changing the date back which also didnt work.i am using the most up to date chrome and wrote to the roblox support and there solutions didnt work.on all the other devices everything works
