Roblox experience type issue

So whenever i play a game known as rolbox their servers have a thing like when your internet goes off for like even a millisecond everyone freezes and you cant really interact with the things included in the game like voting on gamemodes opening random stuff i actually have some reference you can watch from this youtube vid -
