Roblox crashed due to incompatible software

Hello, I just upgraded my computer from windows 8 to windows 10 and then downloaded the Roblox application on to my desktop. Roblox is crashing each time I attempt to open it with the following error " Roblox crashed because of incompatible software: C;//WINDOWS/system32/Drivers/VOTw864.sys" I have already attempted to uninstall and reinstall the program and run compatibility for windows 8, the Roblox application will not allow me to run compatibility with windows 10. I have also tried to do a clean reboot without success. Please help with a solution.
