Roblox account got hacked and the hacker change email and pass

My old roblox account was got hacked because of me try to do something stupid and now it cant login because the hacker changed the password and email i already to contact the roblox support for several time but they cant do much because i dont have any robux transaction id (buy robux) even tho i already told them i have my id in it to unlock the voice when it come out but still cant and i have image of me using my old roblox account but still cant, what should i do?, i will provide anything i have as proof of that my account
