Riot Vanguard issues

can somebody help me with riot vanguard issues, i already submit a ticket to riot games but usually they respond for so long (kinda needed it to be fixed by today) i tried to uninstall the Vanguard/Riot client but it wouldnt allow me to because of thisand here is my Riot Logs fck windows - Google Drive
