Right click options and windows explorer options bar not visible in windows 11 24h2 latest version installed after using windows 10.

Recently updated laptop from Win 10 to 11 24h2 OS Build 26100.3194 and right click options in desktop and inside windows explorer wont appear. Just the box in which it is there appears. And when we open windows explorer, the upper bar of options also does not appear, though it exists if we click but cant see the options and names so that we can see and click. I tried to upload pic but it fails to upload. Please help me ASAP.
