Right click menu has arabic symbol?

I recently got used laptop to my use. And one little detail caught my eye. When I right click on a file, there is one arabic(or similar) symbol on "properties" shortcut (which is alt+enter). It shows enter + "arabic letter". As you can see in attached image. Any idea why? And how do I get rid of it? I only have Finnish language installed.
