Right click menu disappears as soon I try to display the menu using right click or Windows right click shortcut key

In explorer, the right click menu disappears as soon as I try to display with either:1. using right click on Mouse2. using the right click button between the alt and ctrl key3. using shift+f10this indicates an issue with Windows and not any hardware.P.S. don't want any suggestions from volunteer tech support or so-called MVPs that repeats the same scripted non-working solutions below that has nothing to do with the actual problem (i.e. none of the solutions below work):Right click menu quickly disappears, but only when right clicking - Microsoft CommunityWindows 10 Right Click Menu on Desktop
