Right arrow key will only work when pressing another key with it how to fix it?

Right arrow key will only work when pressing another key with it on my laptop. So if I'm holding a key for example the "0" key or any other key on my laptop keyboard while pressing my right arrow key it will work. However, if I only press the right arrow key it won't work. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboard did nothing.I have try turning on and off sticky keys did nothingUsing an external keyboard allows me to use the right arrow on it by itself however the actual laptop keyboard keeps the same issue.
