Resurrect an old PC that has totally died

I have an old PC (Dell Inspiron 520) that I have not used for years, probably running Windows 7 (I don't remember upgrading). I can't remember the admin password, but that is probably irrelevant. It won't even start. I think it is because the clock battery is totally drained and it doesn't know the time or date.How can I resurrect this PC?TIASteve
