Restricted Mode on YouTube

This is a brand new Windows 11 laptop and every time I shut the laptop down, a new problem crops up. This time YouTube's Restricted Mode got turned on and now I can't shut it off. See screenshot. I know I'm going to be told this is a YouTube problem but as many of you know, you can't get any answers from YouTube. The greater problem seems to be why is it that every time I shut my new Windows 11 laptop down, a new problem that I didn't initiate crops up? Is this some kind of weird glitch?Needless to say, this never happened in Windows 10.If you look at the screenshot, you can see the fix is sim
