Restoring File Explorer- Windows 11

Hi, my files have been disorganised since all my sub-folders for different uses disappeared, like a sub folder for Science or Maths. I also can't make these subfolders again, as the system shows me that these folders already exist. So, I want to ask if I can restore my File Explorer without affecting my whole account. To add on, I have saved some important files to my OneDrive, so I only want to restore File Explorer and organise my files again without affecting my account or anything else.
