Restore Gmail Other Contacts placed into Contacts

Within the last 7-10 days or so, I made my Other Contacts into Contacts, which means they are permanent. I need to figure out what contact was a HR Director ince she is interested in revising voluntary products for employees. It was either state level or county/city level. I have an Excel spreadsheet, and for the life of me I did not mark it with any notation of date sent or her remark to revise. I attribute this to stupidity and possibly the IVs in both my arms for three days for a 105.2 temperature.
