restore all minimized windows in one click, tile or cascade per setting parameter

I want to have all minimized windows from a selected application (for example outlook) and restore all of them onto the desktop rather than having to click "restore" on each one. I want to have the option to tile or cascade them on the desktop. This functionality would improve user's experience, reduce time wasting on clicking each minimized windows as it can be cumbersome when there are multiple ones, going back and forth between minimized windows and/or through the desktop manager via TAB is time consuming.bring back the taskbar tooling to manage minimized windows.
