Restore all folders from the taskbar at once ?

A two question post:1. I work with apps that use my entire desktop, I always have 4 - 6 folders open at all times. and sometimes folders get minimized to the taskbar. I'm looking for a windows solution without using any 3rd party apps to...Restore all folders from the taskbar with the mouse or KB combination. Shift+rt-click / restore only restores one single folder on my Win 11 PC, so that option doesn't work.2.
