Restore access to other User Accounts on PC running Win 11

Hi,I would like to begin by referring to my previous thread/posting, which is now locked . . . to wit:Restore access to other accounts on PCs (in both Win 11 and Win 10)Last reply February 22, 2023 by Rick - MSFT | Created February 19, 2023 by JohnTCII now have exactly the same problem on a new PC running Win 11.3 User Accounts were established within 24 hours of the original setting up of the PC and I am the sole "Administrator". However, I can't open any of the files in either of the other 2 User Accounts from the Administrator Account.I have thoroughly checked
