Restart USB interfaces without rebooting computer

Hi,I have a quite-common problem that happens a lot on my Dell Laptop with Win 10. Very often when I connect or disconnect to my docking station (USB-C) - the USB port on the laptop just stops working. So far the only solution I've found is to restart the laptop. However very often I have a lot of apps open, with work in progress, and it's a royal pain to have to go through a restart. Does anyone know of a way to restart the USB port(s) without restarting Windows?Everything I see about resetting USB ports just say "uninstall driver and restart PC".
