"Restart to repair drive errors (IMPORTANT)" under security and maintenance tab in control panel does not go away even after several restarts

Hello. I've been having this issue since an error has occurred on my system. Here is a link to said issue (details)After several restarts to attempt to fix the error in my drive. the error still displays. i have tried using SFC which said it was repaired, and CHKDSK which detected errors, but did not help fix the error.Also, the "Scanning and Repairing C:" does not show any percentages, where other videos I've seen having the same screen show percentages. after that, it just continues to boot back to the desktop.PC/Laptop Specs:CPU: Intel core i5-8250URAM: 12gbGPU: AMD Radeon R5 M435
