Restart, sleep, and shutdown options missing

Hello, I cannot for the life of me fix what Responds Lockdown browser broke. It would not close so I powered off my pc and now the options to shut down, restart, and put my computer to sleep are all missing. They show up in my troubleshooting account. Task manager had been disabled but I was able to reenable it with regedit. When I use Regedit to check on the other things like hidesleep or hideshutdown it looks like it hasn't changed all the values are 0.I don't know what to do.
