Restart loop and BSOD in Windows install menu

I have been struggling with corrupted windows and various issues for a while so i decided to troubleshoot and fix it entirely.I removed all my old drives, and put in a brand new m2 SSD, and put in a usb drive with the Windows 11 installation.However, when the pc boots into the install media, it just keeps restarting the computer for no apparent reason before i can make any progress in the installation, and even gives bluescreen errors (Page fault in non paged area).Video of what happens.Appreciate any help.
