Resource Room Calendars Not Updating Windows 7/10

We have set up a few resource room calendars in Exchange to share between Windows 7 and Windows 10 users. The Windows 7 users are on Outlook 2013 and the Windows 10 users are on Outlook 2016.

When one of the users updates the resource room calendar, other users are unable to see the update unless the close their outlook, open then click on send/receive. From what we can see all settings seem to be correct but obviously we are missing something.

Is anyone able to assist us with this issue?
