I recently purchased a Colorful EVOL P15 laptop with the following specifications:Processor: Intel i7-12650HGraphics: NVIDIA RTX 4060RAM: 16GBStorage: 512GB SSDUnfortunately, I’ve been encountering a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) issue with the error code 0x0000000A.I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps:Updating Windows via Windows Update.Updating the NVIDIA graphics drivers to the latest version.Despite these efforts, the problem persists.
