Resolution of Extra Large Icons keeps on decreasing, minutes after Login and use of Explorer on Windows 11 (also on Windows 10)

I always used extra large icons for my My Computer (PC) and kept default icons While inside the hard drives I kept extra large custom icons. After opening Explorer 3-4 times they lose their resolution and becomes blurry since I have installed windows 10 and this issue persists on windows 11 latest update till date.Here is a screen shot(cannot upload screenshot because of "Something went wrong" error)Resolution is HD 1920x1080Scale is 100%and here is screenshot after 10 minutes of Explorer useSeeing this problem for years now and no update is fixing thisThis problem was not present in windows 7
