Resize WSR Scratchpad.

I need some help with Windows Speech Recognition. The Scratchpad window is too small. It is only 1 line tall, and about 20 characters wide. Even the Insert and Cancel buttons are cropped due to the small size of the window. I need to resize this window to something useable, maybe 3 or 4 lines deep and at least 45 characters for each line. On my previous computer (also Windows 10), the Scratchpad window was an appropriate size by default.


I have not found any *.ini file for windows speech recognition, nor any *.ini files for the scratchpad. Nor have I found any registry entries for the scratchpad.


How do I change the size of the scratchpad?
