Resize windows with mouse doesn't work just scrolling at the edges

Hi,I have a new PC with Windows 11. On my last PC with Windows 10 I could use the cursor by just hovering over the side or edges of each window, click the button and re-size the window. Same on my laptop from work with Windows 11. On this new PC it's not working anymore. I first have to right-click in the top of the window, choose Change size and then choose the corner to resize the window.Is there any way to re-activate the former behaviour?
