I was getting bluescreen crashes so I decided to completely reset my laptop. When reinstalling, it wouldn't let me log in to my gmail for some reason to use as my microsoft account so I used an old hotmail instead. Then, once I was in, I messed around with a bunch of settings > account options, removing administrator from the hotmail and managing to add my gmail as another account with a different login method than password. But now I can't make anything administrator, so I can't download anything (like jagex launcher for runescape for example.)On top of that, for some reason my laptop is r
