Reset product key for windows 7. J6

I purchase a new laptop and unfortunately I was hospitalized and then we had Covid. I didn't used my laptop (brand new Acer aspire), until now, when trying to use the product key to reactivate the windows7. It's not working. How to reset or get a new product key?
