This worked on Windows 10 for me.There was no way change the PIN in Windows settings.To change the PIN, when you first turn on your computer, click on "Forgot PIN" and go through the steps. You will need to sign in to your Microsoft/Live account to make this work. It will give you an option to change your PIN, although it does warn you will lose files or whatever. I did it and don't see any issues yet.
