Reset Pin flow won't send code to my @live email and alternative email option is not showing

I received an error on boot of my laptop running Windows 11 saying that it cannot find my pin and so I need to set it up again. However, once it says that it will send an email to my @live email, I do not receive any code. This is not my first time doing the reset pin steps. There used to be an option to send it to my alternative email, but now the option is gone. Now I cannot access my laptop until I reset the pin, which I cannot do because it won't send a code to my email.
